All data customers enter and upload in CarrierCheck24 is stored in Microsoft Azure data centres in the European Union.

02Can I choose the region?
No. CarrierCheck24 is operated exclusively in the EU.
03Is my data used to train AI?
No. Customer data is not used to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI models. The models run in the EU data zone.
04How is data backed up?
Data is backed up regularly and stored redundantly.
05Does data leave the EU?
Stored data does not leave the EU. Some services work outside the EU while processing, each with a basis for the transfer (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the adequacy decision for the United Kingdom, or standard contractual clauses).
06How is data protected?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
07Who can access my data?
The customer’s own users, according to the roles the customer assigns. Staff of A-Log Technology GmbH only as far as needed for operation and support.
